Taking a week off after this cycle. Summer school will be done by then. Relax and recharge.
During that time physical exertion won't exceed a leisurely bike ride.
Haha! Still working on 1200 right now. I am contemplating a cut after that--I am having quite the internal conflict over it, actually.
Failed twice today. I tried 385x1 squat, failed, and tried again, failing. The first one was so close. I felt like I had it. A bit extra sleep and food over the last two or three days would've put it over the top, I am sure. Pissed off. Vid forthcoming.
I'd like to play if you all don't mind a late comer. Put me down for 300/400/500 even though I know I have a snowballs chance in hell of hitting 300 on the bench.
