I've seen a lot worse. I think you start with the bar too far in front of your shins. Also, the weight on the bar looks pretty light for you. Not bad.

I noticed that I hit my thighs with the bar too high. How are they apart from that?

The weight is still somewhat light, I'm adding 5lbs every PC workout. Maybe I could try 10lbs jumps for a few workouts, but I'm a little afraid it will get too heavy.
By the way, how high should the actual jump be? It looks like my feet barely leave the ground, but I didn't manage to jump higher so far.
At very heavy weights, your feet will barely leave the ground.
