    • starting strength seminar december 2024
    • starting strength seminar february 2025
    • starting strength seminar april 2025
    What are some good hypertrophy routines after you've stalled or are done with Starting Strength?

    Or should I just add a couple isolation exercises at the end of my workout?

    Maybe go for some light volume training the abductors and adductors. According to the theories of SS this should improve your squat and OHP. Not the deadlift tho. Not sure how to help you there.
