    Default Squat Form Check

    Summary: 55 yo, 207 lb, previously had depth problems and deloaded quite a bit of weight AND got new shoes. This is my 3rd work set

    I'm pretty sure I peeked in the mirror on rep 3, know I did on rep 5. Don't quite have the visual cues down to id proper hip drive. Thanks for your help.

    I've seen a hell of a lot worse, that's for sure. Make sure you stand up fully with your knees fully extended and your hips as fully extended as you can make them. Work to keep your chin down on the way up. Take your head out of the lift.
