Tendonitis
Hello,
I have a wicked case of tendonitis. Which I am working on healing. But it is preventing me from doing and pressing exercises that involve the elbow. So Bench and Overhead Press are out. I figure I have two weeks left till it is healed enough to again start pressing.
Would you recommend exercises I can do in the interim?
Also, anything thoughts you have on avoiding tendonitis, or helping to heal what I currently have would be appreciated. My current approach is simple - rest it and use a compression sleeve.
