Nice article. I liked his comments about needing to be patient with the press. I remember when I first started having to add 2.5lb increments I was a bit frustrated, it just seemed so tiny.
I got impatient once and took a 5 lb jump, didn't get anywhere. Then I realized that 10-15 lbs a month is actually a pretty good deal, and kept on with the 2.5 each time.
Also if people make fun of your 1.25lb plates, you can just press their squat.
