This was a great podcast. You should be able to harvest a lot of comments from the haters on this one.
When a prospect tells me they want "functional strength," I literally tell them "That's exactly what you'll get here. Squats, presses, and deadlifts will give you strength that makes you highly functional in your life." They are usually happy to hear this. I've never had someone explicitly say "I want to do functional training."
