    I wish there was a “Rippetoe” in the 60s to counter Bob Hoffman and Weider.

    I spent a lot of years pissing around with BS body building routines. Wasted time I’ll never got back. Wasn’t until I was in my mid 40s that I figured some of it out. And that wasn’t really because I analyzed it.

    I just had less time to train and started just doing the big four lifts. Became much stronger than ever did in the previous 30 years.
