Default Training for 60yo novice w/ low bone density coming off shoulder+rotator cuff surgery

My mother is 60 and had these surgeries 3 months ago:

    right shoulder arthroscopy
    acrimiolplasty
    mumford
    rotator cuff tear repair
    debridement

She also has below average bone density for her age which was found after taking a DXA scan.
She is concerned about the low bone density and not being able to do daily tasks around the house/yard and wants to get stronger, and has asked for my help.
She is active (walks/hiking), eats healthy and has a normal BMI but has no strength training experience.

    Questions:

    1. How should she best go about discussing with her doctor when it is safe to start strength training? The doctor told her no overhead/shoulder movements for 6 months.
    2. Are there other machine/dumbbell exercises she should do in the mean time before she get cleared to squat/bench/press/deadlift?
    3. What would be the best way to spend money on coaching - a few in person sessions at an affiliate gym or a few months of online coaching?
    4. Is there anything else I should do to support her to get stronger? I was excited to hear her organic interest in strength training, and don't want to come across as too pushy and let her make the decisions for herself.

Online is out, especially with her medical history. Where does she live?

    um,
what about your shoulder rehab video(s) ?

I had both shoulders worked on the past year, 6 months apart,
I was blown away when I walked into the 1st PT session, and saw Mark's trapeze rig and stick waiting for me,
and the PT progressed as in the video, though at a slower, guarded pace,
both were torn, tendons put back, bones shaved, they said I won the award for the biggest shave job,

Have you seen Rip's videos here? they guide you right into strength, in the Press,
I still have my hockey stick hanging from straps in the garage, ad 2 1/2s, then 5s, , , ,

Have you seen Rip's videos here?

Not with her medical history. She needs a coach standing there.

what part of that history is the red flag?
I'm 60, and had to have had all or most of that done on both

Are you a 60-year-old sedentary osteopenic female with 5 shoulder procedures?

    nope, 60, male, non osteopenic,
but yeah, had same list of surgery, on both sides,
hell, right side was so fuxt up he lowered the whatever cept from the shoulder, to down on the upper arm,
forgive my not knowing all the biological nomenclature,

sure, she shouldn't jump in with no guidance, but honestly, the son and mom should get motion and some strength just from your video,
    No ?
