    Hard to gauge the RPE on these. The eccentric hurt my knees a lot. By the last 2 of the last set, coming up was hurting - just my right knee - enough to cause me to shift over to the left leg to finish. By set 3 I had found a way to do them without the eccentric knee pain, by driving my knees out harder on the way down, but then I had the concentric issue - but maybe by then my knees were just unhappy.

    Congrats on the bench PR!! And we'll probably have to put together a timed press contest sometime. We have a lot of us who feel like we're in contention for first place.

    Deficit (2”) Deadlift 235x5 @ 9, 225x5 @ 10 (back irritated on rep 3 of first set – also bar got away from legs on that rep)
    Incline Bench Press 95x5x2 @ 8, 9, 90x5x2 @ 8, 8.5 (back was getting worse)
    Barbell Row (from floor) 115x5x2 @ ?, 110x5 @ ?. (These felt more correct than last week, but by the third set they were hurting my back. Also did a lot of de-compression (hanging from a chinup bar) in between sets today.)

    Today was a rough one.

    The 3 ct paused should have been sets of 6.

    Left feeling better than when I walked in, so that is a plus. Of course then I worried that I didn't squat enough.
