Almost didn't lift, had equipment delivered today and was just plain tired. Went ahead and got most of it. My partners lifted without me so no heavy metal and mindless chatter.

Back a little tired this morning from helping moving the heavy stuff yesterday. I think it'll be OK with a few more days rest.

Lots of stress around here with a project I have going on. Got a quick very incomplete lift in.

Great lift today! Felt very strong. Went into it yawning, finished beating my chest like Tarzan.

One the reasons I lift in the morning is because it wakes my ass up. The endorphins just put fumes in my brain that I can coast on for the rest of the day.

Morning are best for me too. I started out training years ago before I would start work at the shop. I'd lift by myself from 4:30 to 6:00 when the rest of the crew showed up for work. Makes for a great day.

What an awful session. Weights didn't feel heavy but I just wasnt' feeling strong and struggled through it. On top of that, turns out I forgot about a dinner I had to go to and when the wife came to get me, lets just say I had to really rush things on a day when it shouldn't have been rushed. But as a positive, I did get all my sets/reps in the CG.
