(12 & 20) and might have to go extreme low carb for a bit to cut, but I remember how much that shit hurt me last fucking time when it came to energy, so If I can manage to walk in between 200-205 I'll be very happy. No more fucking beer,hushpuppys,buffalo wings,wedding cake, and all the other shit I wish I could eat if I was over 5'5 lol

Monday (High Volume / Medium Intensity )
Low bar Back Squat
395lbs 3x8 (8 sets / 3 reps)
I had alot of trouble here but managed to finish. The third set I had to dump on the second rep because a plate slid from undernieth my ass ( I squat to a box). So I racked it with a buddy of mine and squeezed out 2 more reps. The fifth set I racked the 3rd rep due to fatigue and squeezed it out after 20 seconds. Then I managed to finish the rest of the required sets and reps. Then I attempted paused box squats with 315lbs but my legs were so fried after 2 reps I racked it and said FUCK IT ! ! !
Bench Press

I went a little lighter this week because my bench has looked like shit too. I got issues with drive w/ my left arm , and I also gas out fast with my bench. My first reps is allways really strong and then its down hill after the second rep

Still trying to clean up some technique issues. Somtimes I plant my right foot foward to much to get under the bar in the rack. I think its because I initiate the jump to early and should get a little higher on my thigh with the bar.

Also trying to get my diet on track again. Ive just been a very hungry fucking hippo latley. My Medium Effort squats are starting to faulter due to the weight increases and I have to figure out a different volume scheme for Mondays. I think 5x5's are bye bye for squats for now. Ive been doing 3x8's but ive been fatiguing with that too. I have to make changes in order to stave off crashing. My bench sucks.My deadlift is stuck, and my Power Clean needs work. Plus add wrestling,boxing and conditioning and I have alot on my damn plate.
