cleans 155, 160 4x3 1x1
Going tomorrow to pull and db bench. want to deadlift, see how I feel- another fucked up schedule week. squats werent legal- should have hung back.. but I can do that weight on Thurs. many shows this weekend- couldnt raise my hand over my head friday night from end of show till Sat evening. but most recovery issues beer related. both kids in school- ready to program a little better and start working more. My sons first day of school - he smiled and waved- see ya later dad.. no drama. no fear. confident boy. my chest is huge and melancholy- he made it through the first let go. I am done phase one son. forever.
