I think i was just tired after my hour and half work out last night, still, my goal was just to go get it done and split. 4 shows coming up and i need to work bench 5 week in. Might try to do 385 x5 next week then hit my triples.

Cycle 21 wave 1 bench,
185,205,205x 5. Was a repeat and still had to repeat second set, needed spot assist on last rep of second set and last two of last set.

So, think ill try to bench fri before i hit the road with band, also, was supposed to hit 370 for 3 on top set but repeated,just wanted to get good reps, which I did, so glad I didnt go for weight, next week will be more ambitious
Evening, 1 hour hike with some jogging, cold as hell, nice winter in the woods at sundown. No one out.

Ab circuit with the 6 pack guys, kind of fun. Kind of hard. Just socializing and cracking jokes about my 2 litre compared to their 6 packs. Still, was pretty hard.

Had to guess weights couldnt access site. Again Im off my programmed welghts. Whatever, Im a shitty puller.

Cant believe Im going to get a 400 squat. Its coming though, had someone watch and cue me up where I told them. Im moving on, hard party weekend, came back ate a bunch slept a ton, feel good, now, if only my deadlift would catch up. Also, I missed bench 3 week, maybe .ill do triples and try to do 531 for freestyle week next week,

185 should be a pr but i kicked it, tried again and kicked it again, fuck, most were strict in the lower sets. Injury was bothering me.

195,210,255 531 ...except spotter grabbed the bar, told him to let go then finished strong, buf i think Ill reset to 250 next month and try to nail it. Had to work so didnt finish.
