Tried to check my form today with video and I seem to drop the bar a bit on the right dide. Also the hip does not move symmetrically in the bottom position, but I guess there is not much to do about. Overall OK.

So, finally I will start doing squats with100 on this ”heavy” day. It all went fine. Maybe I could try and push for five on the last squat set. A small pain on the following day in the right hip, but that could have been the muscles only, as I do the dead lift only once a month. It was hardly noticeable.

OHP only improving but some pain in the right shoulder now. Think it came from the lying tric ext earlier as I overstreched a bit with the right arm.

Biceps and triceps sets with the pulley.
Right shoulder pain. I think this is the good old acromioclavicular ligament inflammation. Not possible to bench press. I haven’t had this for many years. I hope it will pass in a couple of weeks.

These went fine without pain. Actually better than in a long time. I stay off BP for some time now. Too old for risking making the mistake of not letting inflammations heal.
