Had Chinese food, and a bottle of Tiger last night as a post deadlift/weekend treat for the wife and I.
Regret this today, I've been shitting all day, and my arse is in Tatters!
Anyway. Bottle of Tyskie tonight. Then early bed.
Run was ok. Not quick, but I wasn't blowing either.

Didn't press today,cos the rack at my buddies gym is to short to press in,
and the rest of his garage is too low.
When I pressed last week I had to balance the power rack on plates, and I
just didn't like doing this.
Deadlifts were hard. Though i was gonna burst a baw on the heavy single!
Chins were easy, prob cos I hadn't pressed first.

Poor session tonight, not eaten right the last two days, plus
tired from night work, and not training until 2200 tonight didn't help.
deadlifts were torture, and my press is suffering from a lack of
consistency. Hoping for a quiet night shift tonight. I might consider
sticking in some pulling on a Monday, and a squat on a Thursday. Ill
wait a week or two tho to see how things pan out.

Run 3.25 miles 32 mins.
Pushed a baby buggy with the bairn in it so he could nap whilst I ran. It has two flat tyres and holy fuck the first mile uphill was
a total baw booting. The rest of the run was ok. Working an extra shift tonight, nowt like 16 hours extra time at work on a sunny day to cheer
you up.
