    A Bamboo bar that has slotted ends to allow the loading of plates suspended by the heavy rubber bands in the gym.

    The Bamboo is flexible, the suspended plates move to and fro...so everything moves about as if in an earthquake when you Squat / Bench / Press with it.

    It's a very humbling gym tool.
