Did feel a little lightheaded after the belt sqts.

Did something different today with the Nautilus chest.press pull down machine. Do the concentric with both arms eccentric with one.
Did 3 sets of 8 with 45lbs. Kind of rough for me.
Then some tricep work.

That was it. Been coughing for a few days, did take a covid test last week in order to visit my friend in a nursing home,was negative. Who knows what's going around.

Thanks Fred. I do feel better doing some exercise. I have reread Rips article about what happens when you train as you get older and realize I'm in that group for sure. As for me feeling sick, it may be a summer cold or something worse but I don't have a fever so I'm hoping it will pass.

I went up 5lb s on DL. Damn I thought I would get 3sets of 5. No way Jose. Dropped to 185 only had 2. WTF.

That's always the frustration with the first stuck DL. I've dropped to below my warmup weights and still had it stuck to the floor no matter what.
You'll get it.
