    That was it for today. Been getting a sharp pain when doing the pulldowns just below the elbow at the inner upper forearm.
    I squatted on Monday,last squats two weeks before, I did DL last Monday. I have some case of muscle soreness even as I write this tonite. I think every other week squatting may be the problem. Doing the DL last week didn't to cause any thing like this.

    First time in months doing BB press, shoulder felt ok,I will micro load to try and rehab and get back to were I was months ago .

    245/3 belt. 225/6 225/6 no belt
    Did the presses with DB as I am trying to rehab the shoulder, the left side is way weaker then the right, the reps I got were max with the left arm, probably could do double the reps with right arm.
    I will use the barbell when I bench press later in the week.

    V handle pulldown. 100/12 130/5 130/
    The 200 lb safety bar squats for 4 were tough today, not sure if I could have gotten 5, but was only tying for 4
    BP felt ok, no pain in shoulder so I will micro load next week.
    Pulldowns felt tough, I sure used to get more reps a few years ago. My elbow is a problem,I am icing it now and going to take some ibuprofen . I may try DB rows next week to see if that lessens the elbow pain.

    One arm DB press 15/12 warm up 28.5/3 4 4. Did these after the DL 15/15 15 using left arm only
    Hoping it will help get back some strength.
    DL 115/5 135/5 185/5 225/2
    245/4 belt. 225/5 5 no belt
    The left shoulder is sure weak, but don't have any pain.I feel I could keep doing reps with the right arm, but just did what I managed with left side

    My left shoulder was a little painful yesterday,but the bp felt ok, it's surprising that when using the bar I don't feel the LS weakness like I do when using DB for the press.

    225/6 225/8 with belt . I decided to do the DL with lighter weight and higher reps. I think I wil keep the weight at 225 and try increasing reps. I know this goes against the priciples of SS, but I feel increasing reps is what worked for me in the past.

    Going to keep weight the same on sqts and BP will try to increase reps .

    225/6 225/10 belt ( nylon Velcro belt)
    Left arm is still weak, five reps was max on left side. May add 5/8 lb next week .
    I will add a rep to the last set of lite sqts and try for 12 reps on set #2 of the DL .
