Hey Pete and John,thanks for commenting on my log. As far as the ab exercise, in not sure it will make me any slimmer,but even though Rip doesn't advise doing them in feel they do help me. I have for most of the the time I have been.training done so 2x a week,but now I feel I should WO more days but do less lifts per.day.
