    My chiropractor seemed to get my back (rib) pain sorted out, and I had a good BP workout this morning. I'm holding off on my squats till tomorrow.

    After the back spasms last week and two visits to the chiropractor, my squats felt heavy today, but I was able to hit a PR double.

    I spent nine hours on the road yesterday, taking care of some business in Watertown NY, so I was pretty worn out today, along with achy knees. I'd planned on going for a 375 DL today, and even got as far as loading it up, but as soon as I set up for it and started bracing for the pull I thought better and let it go. With just two weeks to go, my recovery is more important right now. I still managed to get a couple PRs on my lighter exercises.

    Today was supposed to be my last heavy SQ/BP workout before my meet on Dec. 7. I screwed up on my wave loading for BP, mixed up the weights I was using. So I went from set one of the first wave, to set two of my second wave. When I realized my mistake, I just picked up with my first planned single, then did one more slightly heavier. After doing my chest expander and BB curls, I decided to save my squats for tomorrow.

    Today was squats only, and pretty successful. All that's left is working up to my starting attempts this coming weekend. My bodyweight is right on, and I'm pretty much where I'd hoped to be going into the meet.

    My last DL day today, before the meet next weekend. The only other lift I did was OHP, and got a PR there.
