Hi all. I am 34 yr old whose wife recently had a child. It has been busy and I got away from the gym and put on a ton of weight. Back in 2010 I got up to the following lifts (with crap form) before stepping away from lifting:
Sq - 3x330
BP - 1x205
OHP - 1x160
DL - 1x275 (sprained a disk on the lift, it is hard for me to get in position, videos to follow)
Right now I am trying to build my squat up with good form. I am running 3x5 on squat with linear progression with the Kizen Training 6 week bench program to build my neural pathways again but then I will probably run LP on BP and OHP also.

Sorry for been not posting. Been working my program. My brace is getting a lot better but I am still having issues stretching my shoulders out so I can get my upper back tight. I did watch some videos on gripping the bar and stretching through. My squat is up to 185 for 3x5 with little issue. I will post a form check from my next workout.
