May the lever be longer on your end of the pivot.

hard to log all the time

will only track occasional PRs and milestones

    25/3/2018

    HHSN 88/1 is PB

CJ slowly up to113/1 (not a PB, but just where I'm at now); then 102/1/5 for back offs

    -----------------------------------------

    SN 95/1 on monday

    BS 156/1 on monday

    PLDL 197/1 on wed

    Pr 95/1 last week sometime

everything going well and slowly moving up over time.
trying a more volume approach, which requires lighter weights at times.
    seems to be working.
one or two higher stress weeks, then one lower stress week.
im excited to hit a 100SN and 100Pr soon !!!

things are moving along, albeit slowly.

    10/9/2018

    current PRs this month:

Back Squat: 165/1 But beltless, and it was an easy single (@9)

    Deadlift: 200/1

Press: no maxes lately, but can routinely hit 100/1 for an easy single.

I will report back when I get to a 185 BS and 115 Press.
