    Today's "Workout" was watching my Precious Granddaughter for 9 hours. (solo)
    She turned 3 in April and definitely keeps Grandpa busy.

    I like his book The Purposeful Primitive and he's a good story teller, but I think he's a bit eccentric.

    Looking good. It was hot here this past week, but luckily it was only 70° today, the WO felt great.
