Found a pair of 0.75 kg fractionals, so I'm trying increments of 1.5 kg instead of 1 kg on the bench. Gonna try 2.5 kg increments on the deadlift as well (instead of 2 kg).

Squats - Played around to 180. Gonna probably give up trying to convert my bouncing-off-the-knees squat to a proper SS squat for my work sets and just very slowly learn the proper squat on my light days. It's just too painful right now--I wish there was an SSC near me!

Was too pooped for cleans and was missing warm-ups, so skipped em.
Took a few days off, everything was hard today. Was dying on the final set of squats and had to have a little nap on the platform after.
Squatting 200 kg x 5 next time! 500 lbs x 5 big boy club here I come!
