Past 2 weeks hit all chinups and pushups.
3:11 half mile on rower and 0:51 250 meter.
When I did SS I went from 203 to 223, waist from 38.5 to 41. Now my waist is at 37.75 but my weight at 215. Pretty happy about that.
So, 10 months later.
I'm now 190-195, wear 34 waist pants comfortably.
I went to start back at the gym the week corona hit, so maybe marchish, and obviously that didn't work out. Their hours are still not back to normal so I'm letting my membership expire this month.
Bought a set of DB handles and 200 pounds in weights. Not optimal, but I'm going to try to get some conditioning in and then just start working up the DB food chain.

Circuit-4 rounds with 25 pound dumbbell set
Standing Press x 8
Pushups x 6-some from knees
Bent rows x 8
Squats x 8
Then one set of one arm swings x 15
Last set of presses had to move to one arm as I couldn't get both up.

Behind the head tricep presses

Then chest and shoulders plate circuit/rotation with a 25 pound plate.
Just getting some easy work in to work back into things.

Main lift was just the rows. Everything else was to keep getting some movements in, blood flow to different muscles and just help everybody remember something is expected of them.
Sure is nice to have the dumbbells.

15x5-maybe I'll work on these in the future. These were very light to see what my shoulders thought since they like to subluxate.
Pretty low key just trying some "heavy" goblet stuff tonight.
