    10-22 2023 Sunday

    weight 200

    Bench
    040-5
    090-4
    130-3
    160-2
    180-1
    190-1
    200-1
    182-5**
    165-5

    Pulls...5 inches lower
    130-3
    180-3
    220-3
    250-3
    260-2

It is nice to get PR on the bench first workout at 70. I lowered the pulls over 5" to see what I could do. I definitely felt slight pain at 260 so I stopped there. Dan John said some people could not pull from too low without pain. I guess I'll be happy with what I can get out of them with this old cranky back.

It's looking like that. All the apps and pages are showing a snowflake for Wednesday. Nothing will stick down here in the lower lands, but there should be a good coating on the hills for a day or so. Then it will be a week+ of straddling freezing for the lows and highs.
