    190 was very easy. I could have done more but this was a test. My Cardiac Electrophysiologist wanted me to not go past 50% of 220. He says I could break the leads on my ICD. I will probably hang around 180 for sets of reps. I still have a slight cold just like squat day last Tuesday

    The doc asked my limit on that lift so 220 was my estimated 1 rep max. That's whatevs!!!
