190 was very easy. I could have done more but this was a test. My Cardiac Electrophysiologist wanted me to not go past 50% of 220. He says I could break the leads on my ICD. I will probably hang around 180 for sets of reps. I still have a slight cold just like squat day last Tuesday
50% of 220...50% of 380...whatevs!!!
Easy on the DL, but then you can go all in for the squat. Happy new year Fred!
