    Summer maintenence.
    It was late evening, me and some powerlifting people, I dont know em but they where nice, one older guy was very talkative, he told me he was around 44yo but still compete senior worldclass, he had some golds. Anyway I never talk with people in the gym but these people seems very nice. Its in a way sad I have to leave my northly summer house here near the town of Umeå, where the gym is. Now its time to hit the big city of Stockholm 😎, back to work and hard wintertraining is coming up in a while.

    I think you're doing great 👍. It's getting cooler here too. I'm hoping to make some gains on my lifts while maintaining my bodyweight.

    Its probably doable, but its also a diet thing, so good luck. Im in to a return to some kind of progression for a while, maybe two month, then I need to cut, probably around 5-7kg or 11-15lbs, or at least I will try to reach that goal.

    I noticed a flip in my right wrist, could have lost the grip in the bench, at least it felt so. I always use spotterarms at the proper height so Im safe. It got me thinking on my grip for the bench, never happened before, not even close.

    Lars do you wrap your wrist? I do above 170. I hurt my right wrist in 1982 at work so I like to be safe with that.
