Dark and cold, Im fighting my black dog daily, I sure hope for a sunny warm day soon.
Trying to be my best socially, and its fun to meet old friends, did attend a small AA meeting yesterday evening to celebrate a friends 29y sober. So life could be worse, thats a comparison that often helps me.
Now its some food and perhaps the Oppenheimer movie.

Well good I think, just got myself a second B-pressure medicin. Took it with care, the last I got from my doc made me sick. So this time I took half of his prescription. It worked fine, pressure down to 130/77
I think thats fine around 10 lower than before. Ive been on those since 2008.
It feels a little akward when I lift heavy, I hope it goes away with time as I get used to it.

Went well, been sleeping better, helps recovery, I think. Seems like the BP medicine makes me more relaxed when I sleep. For the first time in years.
It's great when you can get a good night sleep. I have slept better since I got the cortisone shot.

Been tired, some pain behind right knee, underrecovered I think. So did four rep squat instead of five.
Backoff up 2,5kg.
Bench up 0,5kg but missed the fourth triple.
Its a good day.
