Saturday in the basement because yesterday got busy:

Almost as soon as I finished my Rogue bench showed up. Shorty with Fat Pad.
Put that together and got it ready.
I was getting a bit sketched out on our weak little amazon bench.

Now that I got a good 3 weeks back under my belt with some manageable weight, I'm going to toss in overheads (seated, because of my low ceiling).
Also going back to 5/3/1 just because I've had previous success and that last set allows me some extra reps if I feel decent or just the minimum if I'm worn out.
As far as schedule, I'd like to start on Sundays with the Overhead and then just sprinkle in the rest during the week wherever. If things get busy that also allows me to get Deadlifts in on Saturday if need be.
