Same company. Same place. Tax on their site, not from their eBay store.
OK, I thought Adam was one. Anyways...

Titan showed taxes until I actually checked out.

That's not mine, I have a Nebula 6021. It's from another member of the bodybuilding.com equipment forum. This one is mine.

The bodybuilding.com equipment subforum is a fantastic resource for people with bad ass home gyms. Many of us have owned multiple commercial racks. I do not use bands, I'd rather use a sling shot (though I don't use that, either- straight weight, baby!).

From that sick rack alone I know who you are on bb.com

    Sweet acquisition.

About the pins. Yes, they suck. I used a drill and some cheap harbor freight stepless (or was it step) drill bits and cutting oil. Took about 15m to expand the diameter And another 10m to file it down/not sharp. Much easier to adjust now. Big deal on the rubber for the safeties. I dont know what he expected for $400.

My gf uses it. I lift at globo.
I've had 405 on it and its solid.

Again, the guy sounds like a real dweeb. He doesn't even look like he lifts...those slender fingers and thin wrists. Nasally, giddy inflection to post a review.
    Haha.

I read the BB.com thread. It seems they've fixed the pin-pipe safeties. Beyond that, it looks unchanged from the original release. Other people have stated that simply by tightening the screws on the J-cups, you can prevent them from hitting your bar.

Still think I'm leaning towards the R3.

Make sure you get a quote from Legend.

Agreed. Earlier last year I started a job downtown, as opposed to my old job on the far north side. My gym was on the far north side, and I live "midtown". It no longer made sense to drive downtown, to the north side, and then back "midtown". Plus, the hour drive it was taking to get to the gym after work was killing my motivation (and wallet [gas $]. I had to act quick.

I got my rack for $400 shipped. At the time, I needed everything.. bar, bench, weights, stall mats, etc. Things add up quickly. But, I was able to just pull the plug at my old gym and start training at home right away. Had I wanted a Rogue rack, I would've had to save for several months and I would've been either hating going to the gym (because of the drive) or not training at all.

When you get the rack, photos. I love that model.

Cody, I also like your 3/4 rack. Alas, Nebula is gone. Power-Lift makes an awesome 3/4 rack, but holy shit $$$.

Aye, when Rogue acquired them, the Nebula badge died. Rogue is making several of their designs, though (the new GHD, leg press, etc). Rae Crowther still has a license to use their designs without the badging. If I had a big budget for new equipment, it would be Rae Crowther all the way- their stuff is purely brilliant (alternated teardrop drop-in holes are genius).

I also agree- pics or it didn't happen. I love me some equipment porn.
