    Trying to clear out the lung junk. I got some help coming from the pharmacist. I’m hoping to be junk free (the lung kind!) by Christmas so I can snuggle with my 4 month old granddaughter, Harper.

    People are still sick , I have moments of feeling energy return, but it takes a bit of convincing myself to get out and do anything.

    I’m planning on a slow but steady start for training in the new year.

    After being sick from Thanksgiving to Christmas and having two days at about 90%, one half day of feeling awesome, my wife and I both tested positive for the ‘Rona yesterday.
    Got a text from JD from the new Colorado Springs SS gym. I’m going to give him a call sometime in January, although I just got my garage gym reopened and have a lot of interest from friends.

    Wind Walks
    1 minute rest/1 minute @ 3.5 mph and 5% incline, 4 reps


    I can still do these things after surviving the plagues of 2023! Now to get back in the habit and make judicious progress.
