Squat - 5x3 - 130kg (286lbs)
Press - 5x3 - 68kg (150 lbs)
Chin Up - 5x3 - 22kg (48lbs)
Overall:
First day of the squat deload, and well I still have the feeling that I'm not really recovered. It was pretty hard, manageble but hard, so same weight for friday, see how that goes.
