Somehow I managed to rotate relative to the rack while setting up. On rep 4 I hit the power rack rail with the bottom of the plates on the left side. Almost went over in a heap but got the wobbling under control and finished the set.

Felt totally drained after squats suprised myself by getting all the reps on press after how hard I failed last week. I think I will hold volume day at 320 for a few weeks to allow for more recovery and get more daylight between my volume day and intensity day weights.
