    Squat - 260 5,5,9
    Split Squat BW 10x3
    Prowler

The one day weight gain of 5 lbs is just as bizarre as the previous weight loss, especially since the gym scale backed it up. But I did feel much stronger than yesterday, and the squats went up pretty easily and were the deepest they've been for a while.

I guess it was the eating - not even very clean eating, just a lot of it. 9 reps when I was hoping for 8, and the 9th wasn't even a grinder. Frequency pushups have to be helping. Because I'm not getting the same results with the press, I'm going to start doing 2 sets of 35 lb DB presses on non-press days. So on each non-press day, I'll do 2 sets of 20-25 pushups, 2 sets of DB presses, and 2 sets of 7 chins.

    Chins - 18,7,6,6
    Curls - 35 lb DBs 10x2

Hell yes! PR for reps at 135, and added a rep and weight from last week. I am now sold on the frequency method - this was the first week of 2 a day DB presses. Eating apparently works too.

Squats felt heavy, but still got 8 to good depth. Bodyweight is slowly starting to move up.

First missed rep in a long time on power clean. I need to get under the bar quicker and get my elbows up faster when the weight gets this heavy. Deads felt very strong - another PR for reps at this weight. Reps/max formula puts the 1 rep max at 420 - I wonder if I could actually pull 400 now? I won't be testing this for a while.

    Chins - 18,8,5,6
    DB Curls - 35 lb 10x2

I moved to Texas Method last year after hitting 135 3x5, so this was a PR for 3x5, plus one extra rep.

Squats were fine, but I did have a little drift forward at the bottom on a few reps.
