Press felt great. Last one felt relatively easy, so I went four a forth. About halfway up I could tell it was going to be a grinder, so I let it go 'cause I didn't want to fuck up bench. I think I could have had it, though.
I rushed my second rep of bench and didn't get a proper breath. Last rep was pretty tough. Probably would have been easier if I didn't mess up the second one. Oh well, still a PR.
Decided to do hammer curls slowwwwww and controlled. 35 is too much, I think. 25 was better, so I'm going to stick with that.
All in all a great day.
edit: Just realized, the bench puts me at an estimated 1RM of 258, which means I could probably hit my goal of 250 now or at least very soon. I've found that (Est. 1RM - 10 lbs) is a pretty reliable way to figure out an every day max for upper lifts. Should have it by the end of the year, anyways. Hoping to make it a 2 or 3 RM now. Estimated press 1RM is 197, so I'm pretty fucking close to my goal of 200. Five more intensity days till the year is up so things have to go really well for that to happen. If I don't get it, I'll probably delay my cut until I do since it's the one goal I really, really, really wanted to hit.

Finally, a deadlift PR. Didn't squeeze the bar hard enough on the first rep, and it almost fell out of my hand, but I managed to hold it. Last two were better. My neck has been feeling a bit stiff and sore lately, so I'm taking a break from the neck harness.
