62 kg log press for reps.
180 kg car deadlift for reps.
160 kg farmer's walk 2x15 m.
- log press:

3 x 62 kg - in 75 sec. This was almost a strict press. Need more leg drive.

There is an axle in the gym: two rubber tires welded to a bar. The good thing is it doesn't rotate. The bad thing is that the bar is thin. Added fat gripz but they caused the bar to rotate somewhat. At 60 kg needed to use mixed grip.

Did burpees every time I dropped the implements. I was intending to do 14 x 15 m but somehow convinced myself that 7=14 and packed my stuff after 7 trips only to realise my error later. Got to practice turning.

Superset 1. Should have warmed up to this. Really felt them in my lats.

Superset 1. Was supposed to be overhead press for max but couldn't press 50 kg overhead.

Recorded them and used the videos to improve my technique. Good conditioning.

Not happy with my training and conditioning today. Need to work on my giant sets and do more abs. Wanted to do a meddley of sled push and tire carry but tires are too heavy and have sharp inner edges.
- seld push:

Sled gets stuck every three steps but for some reason my sneakers have little traction. I tried adding more weight but my feet were slipping. Hit a tire with a hammer a few times.
- bumper plate carry:
20 m x 40 kg

Not heavy just uncomfortable to hold. Need to figure out a way to carry more weigth.
