    Squats: 285x5x2 sets
Bench: 250x2x2 sets, 250x5 with the worst spotter ever... he kept his hands on the bar and the weight felt light... I was pissed
    P.Cleans: 145x3x3 sets
    Chins: bw x8,5,4
Lying EZ Bar Tri Extensions: 75x8x2 sets

*Moved into our new house yesterday... lots of stairs! Exhausted going into my workout today so I dropped a squat set since I got so much volume going up and down the stairs all day with boxes/furniture.
*Spotter on Bench pissed me off, should have known he'd be bad when I told him I may only get 2 of the 3 reps and he told me "it's all about the mind bro!" He grabbed the bar for liftoff, let go (perfect) and then I took a breath and starting bringing the weight to my chest (250 lbs). The "spotter" proceeded to wrap his hands around the bar and tell me how good I was doing while he took off enough resistance to make it feel easy. The previous 2 sets I failed on the 3rd rep and with this awful spotter I got 5 reps with what felt like maybe 210 lbs.

Let's just say he's lucky it was my 3rd set. I've learned my lesson now not to ask the guys who look like they're juicing or a bodybuilder... they have no idea what they are doing!

Congrats. Looks like your flu comeback is going well. I bet your lifts will take off since you went to the seminar.

Thanks for the congrats! 345x5 deadlift may not seem like much to a lot of people on this site but 340x5 was a massive sticking point for me. Let's hope there's more where that came from.

dude I'm wicked impressed. I'm getting there on DL -- (115 -> 255) and Squats (85->205) but not having any success progressing on the bench or OHP.

Awesome man, keep at it and it will come along. Any pressing movement will stall sooner than anything else.

*Stronger this week but the numbers don't show it; failed on 5th reps of squat and deadlift (failed lock out).
*Had alcohol the previous night with buddy I hadn't seen in over a year... I never drink alcohol and I felt terrible after 1 drink.
*1 year old daughter has ear infection and allergic reaction to antibiotics so sleep has been very poor this week.
*Also usually wait 7 days between intensity sessions but this was more like 5.5 days; I hate to blame recovery but it looks like it is.
