Had an out of town meeting yesterday which has thrown my schedule off. Going out of town over the weekend too so only have 3 workouts this week.

Fri - 6/12
Squat - 45x10, 135x5, 185x5 (warmup)
DL - 135x5, 185x3, 225x2, 265x1, 295 x 5
Squat - 225 x 3 x 5
BB row - 115 x 3 x 10
DL's felt way too hard. Not much energy today. Slept good last night but still tired.

Thanks, Oldman! I know there are going to be these kind of weeks throughout the summer but I will just do what I can.
Mon - 6/15
Bench - 45x10, 135x5, 185x3, 215x2, 245 x 7 x 1
Had to drive back from my parents and after the long drive with the sun on my side and having the boys fighting back and forth I was just wiped out. I know, excuses excuses.... It still took me 45 minutes to complete!

SLDL - 185 x 3 x 10
Pull-up - bw 2 x 10

Press - 45x10, 75x5, 100x2, 130 x 5 x 3
Dips - bw+15 x 3 x 10
LTE - 75 x 3 x 10
Triceps were fried afterwards...I'm having a little bit of trouble breathing or catching my breath. Don't know if my chest is too tight or what.

Fri - 6/19
Squat - 45x10, 135x5, 165x3, 195x2 (warmup)
DL - 135x5, 185x3, 235x1, 280x1, 305 x 3
Squat - 225 x 3 x 5
Pretty rough sleep last three nights and it caught up with me today. DLs still felt weak. I may have to change some assistance exercises to a variation of the main exercise and just try to keep the numbers for the mains moving up.

Body weight moving up though! Gained 4 lbs and weigh 189.

Bench - 45x20, 95x5, 145x3, 180x1, 210 x 5 x 5
Seated press - 45x 10, 85 x 1 x 10, 85 x 1 x 8, 85 x 1 x 10
Going out of town for a meeting tomorrow so it was either get in a quickie or just skip it. Lost my balance on presses and almost tipped over backwards. Guess I pushed too far back. Won't do that again!
I'm trying to get the weight for the 5x5's right so I don't feel like I have to ramp up sets. 210 is 85% of my 245 singles but it was still a bit heavy.
Happy Father's Day! Kids are the best treasure period.
