Press: 45x6x2, 95x5, 115x5, 135x3, 140x2, 145x1, 135x2, 115x5 (too much volume for me)
Front Squat: 45x8x2, 95x5.
Squat (wrap both knees) 135x8, 225x5, 250x5, 270x5.
Incline Dumb Bell Curls: 30x12x2.
Bent over Dumb Bell Back Fly: 10x12x2.
Face Pulls.
Hang from chin bar for 40 seconds x 2.
