Finally, after 3 weeks of absence, we got back into the gym. For the first time, I was thankful for a light day.

    Squat: 70 x 5 (P); 140 x 3; 170 x 1; 185 x 5 x 2 (on the second set I became light headed but I kept at it); 100 x 5 (P)
    Bench: 45 x 5; 95 x 3; 135 x 1; 155 x 1; 160 x 1; 118 x 8 x 2
    BW Bar Pulls: 10 x 2
    Prowler: 45 x 4 x 3 (Supposed to be 6 x 3. I could not do 6)

Not fully back or I would not have had the problems but I most fulfilled my goals.

The illness itself was hardly noticeable. A bit of coughing and a little tiredness. All through the 2 years of whatever this was, we tested negative. Then we tested positive. So, we stayed away for three weeks. At the end of week 2, we tested negative and waited 6 days, and tested negative again. So, in the third week, we came back. Thanks for the words of encouragement.

yeah that's more or less what I had, a little fever, sore throat, not so much cough.

I think the serious decline of flu and the large coronavirus sufferers is very suspicious. I think the usual Left tactic of blaming Trump for every real and imaginary problem that was used to push people into a panic is palpably true. But most importantly for most of us, it appears that the virus has morphed into something no worse than the flu or the common cold and most attacks will have minor effects upon any of us. It may encourage yearly shots as the flu does. It's hard to say except that panic never helps.

In any event, it's good to be back.

It is not how many times you go down, it is how many times you get up.

We are running seriously low on Ammonia Inhalants. They seem to have disappeared from the market. Does anyone know where one might find a supply?

Problems keep coming. My aunt died and I will be conducting the funeral and so will miss lifting. My sister faces open-heart surgery. Growing old is not for sissies.

    Squat: 70 x 5 (P); 140 x 3; 180 x 1; 200 x 1; 209 x 3 x 2
    Press: 45 x 5; 70 x 3; 90 x 1; 95 x 0 x 0; 75 x 8 x 2
    Dead: 135 x 3; 225 x 2; 270 x 3

My wife and I will miss Monday's session.
