Medium Day on HLM
Squat: 70 x 5; 120 x 3; 160 x 2; 180 x 1; 187 x 3 x 2
Press: 45 x 5; 75 x 3; 95 x 1; 97 x 0; 77 x 8 x 2
Dead: 135 x 3; 225 x 2; 254 x 5
I was just wondering: To what career do deadlifts train a person?

Piano mover?
Fallen motorcycle picker-upper? More of a hobby.
The three guys who carried our parlor grand up the stairs were stout. But the boss was the smallest and strongest. Didn’t look that big, just solid. He carried the heavy end.
I was thinking either of a Pastor or a Mortician. But piano mover or motorcycle lifter are good answers also.
Heavy Days are always my favorite but this was not my best heavy day.
Squat: 70 x 5; 140 x 3; 180 x 2; 200 x 1; 210 x 2; 189 x 3 x 2
Bench: 45 x 5; 95 x 3; 135 x 2; 155 x 162 x 1; 146 x 4; 146 x 2
Dead: 135 x 3; 225 x 2; 300 x 1; 320 x 0; 320 x 1
My wife has been quite ill the last couple of weeks and I missed some sessions to care for her. I was finally able to get back, but my shoulder's calcium buildup is still problematic. I had a Cortizone shot this afternoon. The doctor says I can continue to lift.
Light Day.
Squat: 70 x 5; 120 x 5; 140 x 2; 160 x 1; 168 x 5 x 3
Press: 45 x 3. the pain forced me to stop.
Prowler: 65 x 4 x 3
All the best for the both of you, carson.
