    HLM Medium with Heavy Deads. I wonder how the stretched "Abraham" muscle would react, but it's almost healed up.

    Dead: 135 x 3; 225 x 2; 315 x 1; 335 x 1; 347.5; 285 x 3
    Press: 45 x 5; 65 x 3; 85 x 1; 94 x 3; 78 x 8 x 2
    Squat: 70 x 5 (P); 140 x 3; 180 x 1; 203 x 3; 70 x 10 x 2. Much less pain.
