    34 yo
    Commercial Construction Project Manager

Running a modified version of a 4 day Texas Method. I call it "The Georgia Method" because I am a UGA alumnus, Georgia resident and a contrarian asshole. Until I found the starting strength/Rippetoe/Andy Baker content, I was wandering in the wilderness. Took a circuitous route to getting strong. Wish I would have read practical programming 5 years earlier. Please feel free to bully me when I start posting my squat workouts. I have a lot of room to improve and its all my fault for being a sissy and skipping squat workouts until recently.

    Program Set Up

Day 1: Intensity Bench, Volume Press
Day 2: Intensity Pull, Volume Squat
Day 4: Intensity Press, Volume Bench
Day 5: Intensity Squat, Volume Pull

    9/26/2024

Bench- 1X5 -325 (Difficult but 330 for 5 looks good next week)
    Press- 5X5- 180 (Smoked it)
    Press- AMRAP - 135 (Got 11 Reps)
    LTEs
    Curls

You are a heck of a lot stronger than I am but then you are 43 years younger. Squat isn't easy but it is important. Keep at it. I work with Dr. Sullivan in Farmington Hills.
