Default Pain in upper hamstring/inner groin (Adductor Magnus?) everytime I squat or deadlift

I feel fine during the squat or deadlift but for days after I'll only be sore in my left upper hamstring/inner groin. I don't know if it's related to my form. I've tried so many rehab exercises like clam shells, glute bridges, side steps with a band etc. but I continue to have pain in this damn area.

I even had a hip arthroscopy but I don't think this is related to the hip joint because it didn't help. It feels like it's a muscle imbalance thing but no assisting exercises have helped.

Anyone have any recommendations or advice? I really have been stagnant in strength gains because I can't deadlift or squat without hurting myself.

Here's a video of me front squatting:

You describe the feeling as "sore." Is it so "sore" that you can't train?
