Hip tendonitis
Hi guys,
Thanks for everything you do.
Have been running lately (sacrilege, I know) and have started noticing the early stages of hip tendonitis in my left hip.
I remember Rip's protocol for fixing elbow tendonitis, which involved fixing squat form (bar height on your back back) and using chins to cause more inflamation in the area.
I was wondering whether anyone had a similar protocol for running and hip tendonitis. I can cut my weekly mileage and try to correct whatever running form issue caused the original issue. Is there something I can do to delberately increase inflammation of the hip tendon (like chins do elbow tendons)?
Thanks,
Chris
