    Hi Rip,
    according to the search function, you've never mentioned turkish getups anywhere, and I'm wondering if you can comment on their general usefulness (or lack thereof), how to program it (e.g. sets/reps; on TM should it be on Volume, recovery, or an intensity day), and mistakes to avoid on form.

    By the way, thanks for your books, this forum, and the interviews!

    I try to restrict my comments to the barbell exercises. TGUs are a fine exercise, just don't get carried away and tap in to your presses.

    You CAN do them with a barbell, you know...
