Well using the door frame in the background as a indicator of a vertical line i drew a line up from the barbell on the ground (red line in the attached photo). Then from what I know of anatomy and my experience working with athletes and doing soft tissue work I made an educated guess on about where the spine of the scapulae would be (the blue line in the attached photo).
You can see that even giving a generous range for where the spine could be, the line from the barbell on the ground is still well outside of that range, thus it is probably closer to the inferior angle of the scapulae based on how big the scapulae is. I don't mean to say that that is precisely where it is, just that it is in that area more than the area of the spine of the scapulae.
