Hi Mark,
I got your books a couple of months ago and have been using your program and reading this forum since. Over that period, I have devloped a pain in my lower back which I assume is due to bad form so I was wondering if you could take a look at my form. I think the cause is probably bad dead form but I don't deadlift till friday so these are my squats and cleans. I don't think my knees are coming forward at the bottom of my squats so hopefully I'm not wasting your time with that...

The squats look fine, and I can't see the cleans well enough to say specifically but there is noting wrong with them that would cause a back tweak.
